Nate Hook operates at the intersection of culture and digital technology. At Creative Energy (Ad Age Small Agency of the Year Southeast 2019) he is taking this vantage point to help clients realize success across the digital continuum, uncovering opportunities and insights that can be woven into the fabric of how organizations approach strategy, marketing and user experience in our tech & design driven economy.
While Nate has worked functioned as senior digital and creative leadership across many industries, his current focus with Creative Energy is on hospitality and tourism, outdoor consumer products, food & beverage, and industrial sectors. Through an integrated creative philosophy, he and his team work to achieve Creative Energy’s mission: to build cult brands.
Nate straddles both the creative and digital worlds with a focus on digital, UX, creative and marketing strategy. He has excelled in creative, marketing and technical roles where his leadership and strategy expertise can be leveraged.
A promoter of the creative industry, Nate is an Emeritus Board Member, and former president of AIGA Nashville, where he helped grow the non-profit organization, adding to the collective cache of Nashville as vibrant center for creativity.
Nate and his wife live in the Smokey Mountains, with a gaggle of furry kids, where when he’s not thinking or doing something more pressing - he can be found feeding his obsessions in pop culture, comic books, design annuals, and overpriced writing instruments.
