Trakref is one of the leading solutions firm in the HVAC/R environmental compliance technology industry. With no defined brand and legacy systems that needed to be redesigned from the ground up, a multi-phased project was planned to tackle targeted challenges to address go-to-market needs.
Within the scope was to redesign the user experience of the desktop and mobile app that formed the foundation of the SaaS-based company. This process involved a hierarchy of user requirement research, user field testing, and IA.
